As most people know, Cora's is excellent for breakfast and for us, particularly their Eggs Benedict, so we stood in line, which is always the case on the weekend, and waited for an excellent breakfast. I love restaurants that serve different versions of Eggs Benny that aren't just "run of the mill". My two favorites are their Swiss Cheese and Asparagus (shown above from their website) and the Brie and Mushrooms (shown below) which are both excellent!
Today the Brie and Mushrooms won the day! It was delicious. The brie is just such a welcome, creamy addition to the benny. The eggs were cooked perfectly and that house made hollandaise sauce was rich and creamy with an ample serving provided. And all that fresh fruit! A regular go to place.
