Being a Foodie Has Finally Paid Off!

After all these years of eating, blogging about food and writing restaurant reviews (not to mention the sacrifice of all the extra pounds I put on) this foodie thing has finally paid off! I have been selected as a Judge for the Canadian Food Championships! The Canadian Food Championships is a year long search for Canada’s best chefs. From July 21-25, 2015, the multi-day competition will be held in Edmonton, Alberta to determine who will be part of Team Canada at the World Food Championships. This is the one exclusive qualifying event in 2015 for Canada for the World Food Championships which will be held in November in Florida. I will be judging the Pasta category (may be appropriate seeing as I’m married to an Italian!) Very excited! Stay posted as I blog all about my experience!!
