Happy Mother's Day!

Not all great food has to come from a restaurant.  For Mother's Day, I was surprised and treated to a great delicacy - Foie Gras!  Found at the Italian Centre, it doesn't come cheap but this is a nice 125 gram portion and it's as good as I've had in restaurants.  A decadent treat indeed!


Thanks to Philly and my boys Cory, Nikko and Dante!  This was absolutely delicious!!
